Most frequent questions and answers

1. Merchandise received in your shipment must be checked upon arrival and all shortage, defects or damages must be reported to Cleo within five business days of receipt of your order.

2. Merchandise must have been purchased from Cleo or online at www.cleo-va.com and return request should be made within 30 days of purchase to qualify for credit or exchange. 

3. To be eligible for credit, you must contact us for authorization to return merchandise by calling us at 703-883-0098.

4. A minimum restocking fee of 20% will apply in the following instances:

  • Merchandise returned without a return merchandise authorization number.
  • Merchandise returned with no proper reason.

5. Below items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned with price stickers or labeling not applied by Cleo or the manufacturer.
  • Items not in original packaging.
  • All closeout items.

6. Merchandise must be returned prepaid.

7. No credit or exchange will be processed until the merchandise has been received and inspected. At our option, we may repair, replace, issue or refuse credit.

8. Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. All goods are billed at the price in effect on the day of shipment. 

*Appliance Service, Repair, and Defective requests: Please refer to item packaging for instructions on how to request service or report defective products for repair or replacement.
